How you get paid
Floom uses Stripe Connect to pay florists for eligible orders.
When you complete your Stripe onboarding, you create a Stripe Connected Account linked to your Floom account. This is where your order payments are processed, and where your payout details are managed.
How payouts work
When a customer places an order, the payment is processed through your Stripe Connected Account.
Stripe then pays out available funds to the bank account linked to your account (You provided this when you onboarded directly with Stripe). Payout timing may vary depending on your Stripe account status, payout settings, and bank processing times. However, you will be able to see the next payout date on your overview page and FloomX Billing page
Where to check your payout details
Your payout details are managed through Stripe.
To make sure you can receive payments successfully, check that:
- Your Stripe Connected Account is fully set up
- Your bank account details are correct
- Any requested verification information has been completed
Accessing your payment information
You can use your Floom account to access payment-related information linked to your Stripe setup.
If you need to review your payouts or check whether your account is ready to receive payments, make sure your Stripe onboarding has been fully completed.
