In line with FloomX Terms of Use and all credit card processors, you must collect valid proof of delivery which can be used in the event of a "missing delivery"
If confirmation of successful delivery with a valid POD isn't received within 48 hours of it being requested, we will have to proceed with either issuing a refund or requesting a redelivery, an outcome we aim to prevent.

- Use the order help button to submit proof of delivery as soon as you have received it!
- Give your driver access to FloomX, they can mark the order as delivered for you and upload POD using the order help button
- If you use a courier, cc florists@floom.com into the delivery comms! This way we can provide the customers updates without you having to lift a finger!
- Give your driver our Whatsapp number, they can send us the POD as they deliver, just make sure to include the recipients name or order reference.

If you provide Floom with the following proof of delivery, we will not hold your business responsible for any refund request by the customer.
Floom will absorb any order disputes if the order has been stolen or misplaced at the correct address.

Photo of the product at the point of delivery - Examples below👇
- Left with a neighbour: Photo of neighbour's door, as well as a signature
- Safe place: Photo of a safe place (distinguishable). For example, this cannot be a close-up of the bouquet, as this does not assist with where to locate the order.

In several areas, including California, you may be required to request the resident's permission to take a photograph as proof of delivery. If they do not consent, please take the name of the person who received it for reference. If the resident is not present, please record where the bouquet is left in the notes for the order and that the resident was not present.
How to provide proof of delivery via FloomX
The photo
Instead of a signature, you can take a photo of the bouquet at the delivery address. The image must be clear and show recognisable details such as the door number to help prove the delivery location.

If you collect a signature upon delivery the signature must be legible and in the case where delivery is made not to the recipient a full name must be taken
