This is one of the few things only a Floomer can amend, we retain control of this to ensure fair distribution amongst our florists. However, you can always email us to add postcodes/ zipcodes to your expanded radius (more on this below!)

We have an internal tool used to create your 3-mile radius. Postcodes in your three-mile radius will only be generated using this tool. This way we ensure a standardized, fair procedure across the marketplace.
Types of delivery coverages
- Core Delivery Zone: Always within 3 miles from your trading address. (5 miles for our US partners)
- Florists with a postcode in their core coverage will appear as a priority
- Expanded Delivery: Any remaining postcodes you can deliver to which are outside of 3 miles.
- In areas where we don't have enough core florists, those who cover the postcode within their expanded coverage will appear.
- Please note, if your products do not show when you search a postcode from your expanded delivery area it's likely that there are already enough products being offered by the core florists.

Each core and expanded require a unique delivery option, so you must create a new configuration when you create a new expanded coverage area.
Using your delivery coverage areas to maximise sales
You can set different delivery options (configurations) where you can set different delivery days, different cut-off times and more we ask that you consider this when grouping your postcodes/zipcodes together.
For example:
"Local" - Those postcodes closest to you where you can get to with the latest time (could you even have 4pm cut off for orders) Perhaps you can walk any deliveries over!"Local 2"- Slightly further postcodes that you can definitely deliver too but need to have earlier cut offs because you'll need to book in delivery"Delivery 3" - Postcodes you can deliver too but you need notice or can't deliver there on Sundays for instance
Once you have these sorted internally please send them over to florists@floom.com and the community team will then add these as delivery postcodes and then you can create any new options you need.
