How can I change my delivery settings on Floom? – FloomX

To maximise your reach and increase your chances of orders, you need to manipulate your delivery settings.

On the FloomX Dashboard, you can adjust your delivery options for floom.com by selecting the days you can deliver and the lead time you need for any orders. Offering same-day delivery can help your shop reach more customers. However, also consider when you receive stock. If you need to place your wholesale orders in response to receiving an order, a 2-day lead will work best for you.

How to set your delivery options on FloomX:

If you're creating a new option: head to Settings > Delivery "Create a delivery option"
If you're updating an existing delivery option: head to Settings > Delivery > select the config (box) you want to edit
Select the delivery areas you are setting up e.g. Local postcodes, Standard, Nationwide
Select the days that can deliver orders on
Set your lead time - (this is how much time in advance you need to know about a new order)
Want to set this as your default option? Toggle this on at the end - This means, your products automatically apply this setting unless manually changed.

How to decide which lead time to use

2-day lead
- Cut-off times: 11:59 pm for delivery in two days
- Example: A customer can order at 11:58 pm on Tuesday for Thursday delivery (Earliest)
Next day
- Cut-off times: 11:59 pm for next-day delivery
- Example: A customer can order at 11:58 pm on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery
Same-day:
- Cut-off times: You can choose between 1 pm-6 pm
- Example: If you set your cut-off time at 1 pm, a customer can place an order at 12:59 pm for same-day delivery (delivery must be completed by 5 pm)
- When to use? If you have a good supply of stems then offer same-day delivery. Between 6%-20% of our orders are same day
