On FloomX, great photos aren’t just nice to have - they grab the customer's attention and help them know exactly what they’ll receive.
We've used our knowledge of selling flowers online to create a guideline to ensure your beautiful bouquets are presented in the best possible way to increase sales.
Floom works on a "what you see is what you get" basis and it is vital all images are representative of the product you deliver on every occasion.
Product Shots
Unlike your physical shop, customers are unable to see, touch or smell the product. Understanding what the product will look like from different angles can provide more clarity for customers when buying your bouquets through a digital platform.
We suggest:
- 4 photos of each product.
- 3 on a white, clean background, free of any distraction.
- 1 lifestyle shot with props.
Tips for the Side On Shot:
- Lots of natural light.
- Plenty of white space around the product.
- Side on angle with plenty of visible flowers.

✅ Do’s
- Flowers are in focus
- A clean, white backdrop and not creased
- Plenty of light
- Use props for the lifestyle shot to better show the size of your product.
❌ Don’ts
- Flowers LOVE light, we do too. (No poor lighting):
- Do not cut off parts of the product (unless for details shot). Ensure there is enough white space around for us to crop square.
