Hello and welcome to our guide to getting started on Floom Collection 👋
We want to help you get set up and selling as soon as possible. If you follow the below steps, you'll have products listed for sale from your shop in just a matter of hours.
1) Login to your FloomX Dashboard 💻
Head onto FloomX dashboard, https://floomx.com/. This powers your online creations. You should’ve received a "Getting started" email once you signed up. Ensure you have inputted your account details for payments and, if you are a UK Florist, completed your business address registration for our wholesale shop!
2) Select products from the Floom collection! 🌼
Head to “Products” on the left hand side of your dashboard and take a browse of which products we have available. When you see a product you know you can recreate and would like to start selling, click “quick edit”, add stock numbers and toggle the product to active. You are able to change the products you wish to sell on a daily basis based on what you have in stock so make sure you’re comfortable with this.
3) Have a quick call with your account manager ☎️
Once you've uploaded your products a Floomer will be in touch to run you through the marketplace expectations. After this call, you’ll be selling on Floom!
