Recreating Floom collection products is as easy as 1, 2, 3. Don't believe us? Follow our 3 step guide:
1) Find the recipe 🧐
- Login to your FloomX account and head to your products page
- Find the product that you are looking to recreate from the Floom collection list
- Click on the product to see the recipe details for the Floom Collection product. See the below example for the Melissandre.
2) Recreate the product 💐
Put those stems together to create something special. We don't need to give you tips on how to do this part, you're the expert and we're sure you'll recreate it perfectly.
- Don't have all the exact stems?
- Don't panic, send over an email to our customer support team at support@floom.com who will be in touch with the customer to confirm a substitution.
- Don't have the exact same vase or packaging as shown?
- Not to worry, you don't need to use the exact same vase that we have used in our photos, but a vase is still required. Browse our wholesale shop to find one suitable of use one that you already have that is as similar as possible.
3) Quality check ✅
Before it goes out for delivery, give it one last sense check!
We've created a few questions to ask yourself before the product goes out for delivery.
- Have you recreated the correct size of product? Some Floom collection products come in three different sizes.
- If the product includes a vase, have you included a vase?
- Have you made a substitution? Have you contacted the Floom customer support team?
