Terms and Conditions for florists using Promoted Listings.
1. Who we are
FLOOM LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09682018 whose registered office is 1 New Fetter Ln, London EC4A 1AN.
- Promoted Listings: As part of the Program, Floom will provide you with the opportunity to have your product listing sponsored and prominently displayed in the Marketplace. Promoted listings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the number of sponsored listings per vendor and per product category.
2. Basic requirements: Only vendors who are registered on Floom and who have active listings on floom.com are eligible.
2.1 Additional eligibility requirements: You must meet additional eligibility requirements to use the Service. Further information about eligibility is below and we may change or update them from time to time. Floom may refuse the Service to you or withdraw the Services if at any time you do not meet our eligibility requirements.
2.1.1. Eligibility:
1. You must be an Own Collection florist
2. A review score of 4 stars or more on Floom’s review site reviews.io
3. A cancellation rate of 5% or less
4. A refund rate of 5% of less
3. Payment: Vendors who wish to feature their products as a promoted listing will have to pay the full prescribed fee to Floom prior to promoting their products. The fee will be determined by Floom and may vary depending on various factors such as the category of product or service, duration of the sponsorship, and areas chosen
4. Pricing: The pricing displayed at the time of booking is subject to change week by week and is excluding VAT
5. Duration: The duration of your promotion will be determined by Floom and communicated to you prior to your participation in the Program. Floom reserves the right to remove your sponsored listing at any time for any reason
6. Listing Placement: Floom will place the sponsored listing on the relevant pages of the platform based on various factors such as relevance, user behaviour, etc. Floom reserves the right to change the placement of sponsored listings without providing any reason
7. Content: The content of promoted listings should comply with Floom's content policies. Floom reserves the right to reject any sponsored product that violates these policies
8. Performance: Floom does not guarantee any specific performance or result from promoted listings
9. Cancellation: Promoted listings can be cancelled 24 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Floom with respect to the Program and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Floom.
By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to them.
