What are these numbers?
These numbers are the unique number assigned to you by your national taxation authority. This can either be associated with your registered company or you, as a self employed individual.
Why does Floom need this number?
Floom.com is a marketplace and Floom, as a business operates as an agent between you (The Florist) and your customer. In some scenarios Floom also operate as an agent between you, and the providers of products and services through FloomX, such as Wholesalers. If you do not provide this number, Floom cannot allow you to sell on the marketplace.
In the event that it is found that you have provided an in-valid or fake reference number, Floom reserves the right to remove your products from sale on Floom.com until a valid number is provided.
What number do I need to provide?

- UK: Please provide Floom with your Companies House reference number, this can be found on companies house by searching for your company name, in addition to being provided when you registered your company
- US: Please provide Floom with your EIN number, this is provided upon registration.
- I am self employed and file taxes as a self employed individual...
- UK: Please provide Floom with your Unique Taxpayer Reference Number (UTR). This can be found by creating, and or logging in to HMRC's self assessment portal.
- US: Please provide Floom with your social security number. If you are unsure about whether you are required to have an EIN number, the IRS has a questionnaire to help you determine if this is required here.
