You will get paid for your Floom orders every two weeks. You can view and download all your statements via your FloomX payments page. The funds will be transferred to your account 7 days after the payment period has ended.
For example:
- Payment period 162 contains all orders placed between September 18th and October 1st 2025
- The statement can be downloaded from Thursday, October 2nd, 2025
- You would receive payment for the statement on Thursday, October 9th, 2025
Where will I be paid?
When you first logged into FloomX you were asked to complete your payment details - if at any point you need to change these details just send us a message to florists@floom.com
A few things to note on your statements:
- The Order ID is Floom's unique order reference number, they are 7 characters long and every purchase will have one.
- The Item Price is the amount you set for your product in FloomX before any commission is taken.

The Delivery is the fixed price of the delivery charge payable by the customer. You keep the entire delivery fee paid by the customer so please alert us if there is any discrepancy on your statement.

UK Prices
- The Floom Fee is set at 25% of the Product Price on all sales through the floom.com, but don't worry, you'll keep the delivery fee!
- Our payment process Stripe takes a fee for each transaction. It can vary slightly depending on the card used. The fees for the UK are 1.4% + 20p for European cards and 2.9% + 20p for non-European cards. The fees for our US accounts are 2.9% + 30c for US cards and will vary for non-US cards. Please note the Stripe fee on your statement is inclusive of tax.
- 💰The Payment amount! The bit you really care about! It is the total amount you will receive for each order. It's the (Item price+ Delivery) - (Floom fee + Stripe fee ).
- The transaction date refers to the date the order was placed. So if you're concerned an order is not on your statement, make sure to check when the order was place, asd opposed to when the delivery was made.
For our US merchants, The sales tax varies depending on the state the order is delivered. Floom remits all sales tax.
For our UK merchants, all values include VAT. If applicable, it is your responsibility to remit the VAT on sales to HMRC in your usual return.
It’s your responsibility to check your statement against your Floom orders - this can simple be done on FloomX by looking at your past orders. If you notice any discrepancies get in touch with our Community team, they’ll be able to look into this for you.
