Floom Black Friday Sale - Merchant Terms and Conditions

1. Sale Period

The Black Friday Sale will run from 25th November 2024 to 2nd December 2024. Any orders placed during this period will be subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Sale Price and Discount

• All active products in your shop will display both the original price (slashed) and the sale price, based on the sale percentage selected by Floom (the company).
• The sale percentage will vary from 15-20% throughout the sale period.
• The sale percentage will apply to all of your active products during the sale period.

3. Floom Commissions and Discounts

• Floom's standard commission will continue to apply to each order during the sale.
• Floom will continue to cover 100% of any other non-sale related discounts or promotional codes used by customers in conjunction with the Black Friday sale.

4. Participation Requirements

• To participate in the Black Friday sale, all merchants must complete the necessary form by 1st November 2024.
• Participation in the sale is binding. Once you have opted in by completing the form, you cannot change your mind or adjust your sale prices.

5. Agreement to Terms

By clicking "I accept" on the form, you confirm your agreement to these terms and conditions.
