It's really important to ensure the customer can understand your product straight away from the images you've uploaded to avoid any complaints or disappointment. Your product offering is key to your success on the marketplace.
1. We recommend uploading 4 images per product - side on, overhead, detailed shot, lifestyle - to give the customer the best idea about what to expect. This avoids any disappointment or complaints post-delivery and helps to better inform the potential customers.
2. Make sure your products are shot to a professional level - Bright, clear, and high-quality photos are proven to increase the conversion rate and boost sales. We don't think you always need a photographer as long as you have a clear space with a light background, good lighting and a good camera (don't worry phone cameras are amazing!) and you can see great results. 3. Pricing your products - Now there is no perfect price on the marketplace and it's important you set a price that works for your business. However if you're unsure on the pricing why not use our variation function to create 3 different price options for a single bouquet.
4. Optimizing your products - We have many features that allow you to take your products to the next level!
- Occasions: Tag your products with their specific occasion such as Congratulations or Anniversary so customers can find them easier.
- Components: Utilize our components feature to highlight key stems in your arrangements.
- Colors: Tag each product with the specific colors included in the design.
