Important: changes to how you get paid
Our legacy Floom payment structure will end in April 2026 as we move to Stripe Connected Accounts. April 15th 2026 is the final payment date for orders processed through the legacy payment platform. On April 16th 2026, florists will receive their last payment statement in the legacy format, and all new orders will then be paid through Stripe Connected Accounts instead. A final payment under the legacy structure will still be made on April 23rd 2026 for any remaining eligible legacy orders. After this, payments will no longer follow the legacy fortnightly statement process.
Getting paid:
You will get paid for your Floom orders every 2 weeks.
We send you your statement fortnightly on Thursday. Payment to you will be made within 7 days of this statement. All Payment dates are recorded and processed in UTC.
Your payment details:
When you logged in for the first time we asked you where you’d like us to send you these funds. You can then check your statement against the FloomX dashboard to ensure they match. If they don't please contact us on florists@floom.com and we can update your details.
✏️ Don't forget...
UK Florists: All values on your statement include VAT. If applicable, it is your responsibility to remit the VAT on sales to HMRC in your usual return.
