Getting paid:
You will get paid for your Floom orders every 2 weeks.
We send you your statement fortnightly on Thursday. Payment to you will be made within 7 days of this statement. All Payment dates are recorded and processed in UTC.
Your payment details:
When you logged in for the first time we asked you where you’d like us to send you these funds. You can then check your statement against the FloomX dashboard to ensure they match. If they don't please contact us on florists@floom.com and we can update your details.

UK Florists: All values on your statement include VAT. If applicable, it is your responsibility to remit the VAT on sales to HMRC in your usual return.
