Your profile page is a shop
Your Floom page is a shoppable storefront. Customers land on your shop, see who you are, and buy from you right there, without bouncing off to a generic list.
Here is everything on it and how to get the most from it.
What is on your page
- A hero image, your shop name, and a "Florist in {area}, {city}" heading
- A "Shop our flowers" button that scrolls straight to your products, with filter and sort
- Your reviews, and a same-day "order by {cutoff}" line when you offer same-day
- Your about copy, opening hours, and address with a map if you choose to show a street address
- Auto-built FAQs that answer common location, delivery and same-day questions
- Stronger local search, with your location in the listing and your neighbourhood in the page address
Why it is built this way
- Conversion. The page is a shop. Customers can buy without leaving your profile.
- Trust. Hours, reviews, a same-day cutoff and local FAQs help customers feel confident ordering.
- Search. It helps customers who google your shop, or "florist in {area}", find you and stay on your page.
What you can update yourself
Go to FloomX, then Settings, then Profile.
- Notes about your shop. Add a few notes about what you make, who you serve and what makes you different. Then click to regenerate your public listing. Your notes on their own do not go live; regenerating weaves them into your public bio in Floom's voice.
- Hero image. A wide landscape photo works best. We crop it to fit the banner.
- Opening hours.
- Shop address, and whether your street address is shown. If you work from a home studio, you can keep the street address hidden and show only your neighbourhood.
What is set up for you
A few things are built automatically and are not self-serve:
- FAQs and "Good to know" answers, built from your shop details plus Floom's standard delivery answers
- Your public bio wording, rewritten in with SEO optimisation from your notes
- Your neighbourhood, page address, and the "Florist in {area}" heading
