Customers are automatically invited to leave a review 3 days after the delivery date. This usually gives us enough time to work with you to iron out any issues that may have occurred. Our customer reviews are verified meaning that they come from customers that we’re able to confirm have placed an order with us.
A scale of 1-5 is used to ask customers to rate their experience - 1 being extremely poor, and 5 excellent. It’s important to bear in mind that not everyone will take the time to leave a review, and often those that do have strong views on either end of the scale - all the more reason to WOW our customers!

What reviews will be included on my florist profile?
Customers don’t just care about star rating, they want to know what previous customers have to say about their experience. Your star rating is the average of all-time reviews and displays if you have one or more reviews.
Will you only show 5 star comments?
It’s illegal to manipulate reviews to only display higher ratings so all comments left that meet the above criteria are considered.
How can I see my reviews?
| Your reviews will show on your florist profile on Floom.com and the first 100 reviews are visible on the product page - view one of your products, and click on your florist name, this’ll take you to your profile. Our team regularly checks reviews and will also reach out to share any particular stand outs! |
What if I think a review is unfair?
- From time to time we do receive reviews that don’t accurately reflect the customer’s experience. If you spot a review on your profile that you believe is unfair please contact us here and we’ll be able to assess. It’s at Floom’s discretion on whether a review should be removed from your profile however we’ll always be sure to take the time to explain our reasoning, and offer guidance in circumstances where we’re not able to remove it.
I don’t have any reviews or a rating on my profile...
- There’s a number of reasons why you may not have any reviews on your profile. The first one being that you may not have had any customers leave a review just yet! So we can be sure there’s not a technical issue, please flag this to us here and the team will check it out.
I have my own reviews on Yelp/Google/my own site - can I add these on?
- We need to be able to verify reviews as coming from a Floom customer to be able to display them on our site. For that reason, we’re not able to add reviews from other sources. If you receive a review directly from a Floom customer, you should direct them to the review email they’ll have received from us asking them to review their experience there to have it included.
How do I improve my star rating?
