If you need to take a break from your shop for any reason, you can put it on holiday and enjoy your break! All your products will be unavailable for delivery during these dates, without affecting your ability to take orders around these dates!
Turning on your holiday settings
Here's how to put your shop offline:
- Head to settings on your FloomX dashboard and select "Holidays"
- Click the "Create Holiday" button
- Select the dates you will be offline
- Click "Save"
✏️ Don't forget...
Your first day back is the first day you will be able to deliver orders again. Consider if you need to go to the market or place a wholesale order before accepting orders again.
When to put your shop offline
Only Christmas day is a fixed holiday on Floom.com, you must add all other holidays!
- Bank Holidays / Public Holidays
- Event days - weddings or funerals that will take the entire day
- Holidays
- Last-minute emergencies
