Floom offers the opportunity to sell products nationwide across the UK/USA to cover areas where we have limited supply from local suppliers. However it's important to remember that Nationwide shipping does come with increased logistics and risks of diminished customer experience in the event of delays or damage.
If you would like to be considered as a Nationwide provider there are certain qualifications your business needs to meet to nominate yourself.
These qualifications are;
- A Floom.com complaint rate of less than 3%
- A review score of above 4.5* on Floom's review site reviews.io
- A FloomX Premium user
- Previous shipping experience
By selling on Floom Nationwide you agree to;
- Use a courier service offering a perishable next day service (DPD and Fedex are preferred partners)
- Ensure tracking is available on every order in the FloomX notes by 10am on day of delivery
- Mark the order as "On the way" when you dispatch it and again "Delivered" upon successful delivery
- Work towards 100% recyclable or biodegradable packaging
- Use our Floom branded stationery for all Floom orders
- Hold responsibility for all delay and missing delivery refunds.
In the unlikely event an order does not arrive, be prepared to provide valid proof of dispatch which must show that the item actually was dispatched and that it was sent to the address provided by the buyer. If a buyer does not receive their order, they may file a refund against your store.
All florists' accessibility to Nationwide will be reviewed quarterly based on performance and can be revoked.
