Offer the option to upgrade each of your designs.
Using our variation feature helps you to offer different sizes (& prices) for some of your most popular bouquets. This way you can capture customers with varying wallet sizes - whether it's a teenager buying for their mum or a friend buying for their best friend you have options for them all.
Jazz up your product name.
This is the first thing customers see and many want to know if the recipient will see the product name so let's make sure it's the right tone! "Mother's Delight" vs "Bouquet 2" is going to sell much better as customers really want to buy products which represent themselves.
Ensure each of your products are tagged with its specific occasion.
Tagging occasions are great ways to give customers another way to discover your products. Customers are more likely to find and buy your products through searching through occasions. This helps to find the perfect gift for the recipient. Whether it's a classic sympathy bouquet or a bright Christmas wreath. Make sure you vary the occasion, don’t just stick to one single theme when many themes fit the item - you can tag up to 5!
Tag your products with the most popular stems that make it up.
Use our Components feature to help customers to the exact flowers they were looking for. Whether it is Peony season or Valentines day, customers are always looking to send their loved ones stems. This feature also helps you and your team! When you click on the order in FloomX any listed stems will be shown to your team helping them to create the bunch perfectly.
Offer extra items for customers to add on to their purchase.
Many of our customers use Floom to gift to others meaning they are looking for something extra special. Use our Add-ons feature so you have additional items a customer can add to their order like a vase or a candle - this way you're offering that little bit extra to customers. This will also boost your average order value when someone purchases a little something extra!
Don’t be afraid to play with the descriptions for the item.
If Father’s Day is coming up, add that to the keywords or item title. Same with Christmas or Easter or St. Patrick’s Day or any keyword that will fit in with the item you are selling! But only add these words if they are accurate.
